Our company believes in complete transparency! Below you will find an overview of our current company policies. Please note that not every situation or circumstance can be covered within these guidelines. Should a situation arise, we will always do our best to address the problem and come to a satisfactory resolution for all parties involved.
SUPPLIES PROVIDED
We provide all cleaning products and the necessary equipment to ensure the utmost satisfactory performance and completion of requested tasks at each location. Our product selection is tailored to fit each individual client's needs. We also accommodate special requests regarding product and equipment preferences. There is an additional $10.00 charge for "eco-friendly" products, which are available upon request.
CANCELATION AND LOCKOUT POLICY
All cancelations must be made 48 hours prior to your scheduling cleaning date. all cancelations after this time period will be billed a $25.00 cancelation fee. A $30.00 lockout fee will occur if the staff is locked out/unable to gain entry upon arrival to a scheduling cleaning appointment.
EMERGENCY SCHEDULING
All cleanings scheduled for same-day service and those with a window of 24 hours or less will be charged a $20.00 emergency cleaning fee. Though we are typically able to accommodate these requests, quite often we are booked weeks in advance.
MINIMUM SERVICE CHARGE
We currently have a minimum service charge of $90.00 for basic cleanings. Deep cleaning of residential locations has a minimum service charge of $120.00. Summer turn overs and commercial properties have a minimum service charge of $150.00 per location.
STAFF SAFETY
Due to the inherent liability and risk of climbing ladders, our staff is only permitted to clean where they can reach. (Please note: all of our equipment and tools have extensions to reach high areas for this purpose.)
